Installation Steps

2. Orientation: Orient the reflective portion of the spike towards the direction of traffic to ensure optimal reflection.
3. Adhesive road stud: If using a self-adhesive pad, remove the protective cover and firmly adhere the pad to the bottom of the road stud, then press the spike onto the clean road surface. If using epoxy or construction adhesive, wait 24 hours before driving over the reflector.
4. Caution: Road studs should be installed horizontally on a clean asphalt or concrete surface, avoid installing on dirt or gravel.
Removal Methods
If the road stud is damaged or needs to be replaced, it can be gently pried up using a flat shovel. Road studs installed with self-adhesive pads can be easily removed without damage to the pavement. If installed using epoxy or construction adhesive, removal may cause some damage to the pavement.
